Sensitivity is one of the most common complaints adults have about their teeth: one in 2 persons suffers from it.


Problems & causes

Sensitive teeth are caused when the tooth neck becomes exposed.The dentinal tubuli, which transmit stimuli to the tooth nerve, are therefore open. Contact with cold, hot, sweet or acid can transmit a painful stimulus.
